This is the Coclico project (http://www.coclico-project.org/)

French version is at Accueil or at http://www.projet-coclico.org/

The Coclico project aims to reinforce software forges communities by structuring an open source ecosystem for which a critical mass exists in France. The dynamics of Forge platforms development is now a key issue to address the issues that need to manage business development in terms of collaborative and distributed.

The project will work on several areas: the exchange of information between the forges, data confidentiality and integrity, support for software engineering methods, open model of integration, etc.. All results will be available in open source and contributed into the FusionForge community to maximize the international impact of the work.
